In rural areas, we will reimburse you up to $250 for your appraisal on mortgages over $150,000

**Once we have received a copy of the paid invoice and mortgage has been funded we will refund you the cost of the appraisal.
We will not pay for an appraisal if it is not required by the lending institution.
**We will order all appraisals through Solidifi and will only pay for one appraisal per mortgage.

**A min of a 5 yr mortgage term is required to qualify for the free appraisal.
